I was able to get a bottle of Kankiku's super limited edition sake that I've been eyeing for a while on my regular walk around my favorite liquor store!
It's an unfiltered, unpasteurized Junmai Daiginjo made with 50% Yamadanishiki from the super limited Occasional series that Samgiku Meijo only releases once a year.
I was looking forward to my first taste of this famous sake that has always been recommended on this Sake No Wa app!
