Banshu Issen is now on the menu in two varieties.
The last time I drank Spring Shine in Okayama, it was out of stock.
We couldn't compare the two, so we asked for a single bottle.

Nono-san" means "Kannon-sama" in the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture.
The yeast is a blend of 901, which is used for most sake, and 1801 (with a strong aroma), which is not usually used. This sake is recommended for cold brewing with its sweetness and gorgeous ginjo aroma.
Ingredients : Yamadanishiki, Hyogo Yume Nishiki
Rice polishing ratio : Koji 55%, Kake 60
Alcohol content : 15
