Banshu Issen is now on the menu in two varieties. The last time I drank Spring Shine in Okayama, it was out of stock. We couldn't compare the two, so we asked for a single bottle. Of course it was my first time! This one is good too 😃. I found out that the secret is in the yeast! I found a lot of sakes that I like tonight! Bottles of Masu Masu Prosperity are lined up. Let's see if something good will come out of this! knowledge Nono-san" means "Kannon-sama" in the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture. The yeast is a blend of 901, which is used for most sake, and 1801 (with a strong aroma), which is not usually used.
