✈️ Ingredients: Rice (Hyogo Prefecture), rice malt (Hyogo Prefecture) Rice used: 100% Aiyama Brewing method: brewer's yeast, yeast from a live yeast yeast, brewed in wooden vats Alcohol content: 15% (undiluted) Senzai" is not "Chitose" 😊. Chitose Aizan drinking comparison. I guess only bouken, haniwa56, koge2, and takku0103 would enjoy such a maniac? Oh, there are a lot of them... Let's start with the active nigori I purchased this year. I changed the stopper as soon as I received it, so when I opened the bottle again, the sound was subdued. First, the supernatant. It's refreshing. It is bitter-sweet and has a strong bitter taste. It is sweet at first, but it is because the bitterness remains in the mouth. Aizan is still brewed in a unique way. Then it is mixed and in a nigori state. The sweetness is stronger. But it is still bitter. Really interesting. I drank it while checking the other kind of taste, so it was decreasing very fast😅. I wish I could have drank it while watching a baseball ⚾️ night game. Well, I don't want to drink while watching a losing game 🐯....

Good evening Ane-san 😃I'm glad you enjoyed this maniacal drinking comparison 🤣I see you got the active nigori 🤩I guess the active nigori of ikkyo yeast has a bitterness that comes forward with a wild flavor 😓 but it gets better as you drink it 🤣.

Good evening, Ane-san 😸. I was surprised when my name came up 🤣. I was wondering about the Aizan activity nigori, but I guess it's just like Aizan or just like Mr. Yamana 🤔. I hope to see 🐯 next year 🤗

Hello bouken😃. Thank you for your reply 😊. Aside from Okutanba, not many people have had Chitose, so I wanted to mention your name to let you know how I feel about it 🎶I'm looking forward to the Hiyayoroshi as well 😌.
