In the mouth, there is a deep sweet umami, which is typical of Omachi, followed by acidity.
The umami was so rich that the acidity was pushed out a bit, but it was delicious.
The third picture is Danzan Shrine, where the grave of Kamatatsuki Fujiwara is located.
It is said that he was burnt down by Kofukuji monks many times.
It seems that the autumn leaves have changed since I visited a week ago, and the shrine has been illuminated since last Saturday.
