I tasted it and was impressed, so I bought it. This sake is made with vine rose yeast. There is almost no aroma, but it has a juicy sweet taste. In the latter half, the pungent taste comes with a thud. There is a little chemical feeling.
I've heard the name Li Bai, but I've only seen it at Yamaya or department store tasting sales. The shop where I bought it this time said they just started dealing with it in June.
