Slightly melon and apple-like top notes
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, soft sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a touch of gas and mild acidity, and finishes with a hint of bitterness.
The first half is fruity and fresh, but the second half is slightly bitter and refreshing.
It went well with the New Year's dishes prepared by my wife's brother.
I feel that local sake has a different taste when drunk locally.
