You open your favorites on a tired day. They changed the specs to 13 degrees this year. As a person who wants to drink without getting drunk, I appreciate it 🙏. The aroma is grapefruit, and rumney. When you drink it, you get a chili shuwa🫧, a sizzling acidity, and a gradual sweetness of rice. The umami slowly sinks in, and the aftertaste is long. I still like it. It tastes good the next day, too. Even when it is near room temperature, you can still feel the chiri-chiri-jyuwaku, which is nice. Of course I like it chilled and clear, but there are many hiyaoroshi-type sakes that you can feel the umami sizzle at room temperature, and I think it's fun!

Hello Kotaro 😃 You can't buy Mimuro Sugi's Omachi, which is also Hiyoroshi ❗️ if you miss the timing 😱. It has a thick flavor like Omachi and I like it too 😍.

Hi Hiro, ☀️ Yes, that's right! The first place I went to buy it was already sold out, so I rushed to another liquor store 💦 It's delicious with both the clarity typical of Mimuro Sugi and the umami of Omachi 🥳.

Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️ I understand! It's just a small difference, but 13 degrees is good to drink without any fuss 😆 Mimuro is thankful for a lot of low alu and you can't go wrong with the taste 👍✨.
