On a weekday off, I went to Ginza and Mitsukoshimae to buy sake.
On the way home, I stopped by "Yoshiike" in Okachimachi.
I had a set meal of fried raw oysters.
The oysters are from Senpohji in Kushiro, Hokkaido.
The sake was from Niigata Prefecture. Echino Kanmei.
Echigo's famous sake, light and dry on the royal road, not thin, but dignified.
