I bought Kenkunichi because I enjoyed another brand, Fuji Masamune, which I drank the other day.
The sake rice was again Sake Mirai, and I had high expectations for it.
When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma.
When I drank it, I found that the sweetness was moderate and the taste of the rice was good.
The second half of the bottle is crisp and tight.
It is a beautiful sake to drink,
I wanted to drink it with something,
I wanted to drink it with something else, so I paired it with oden.
It was also delicious.
