Well, it's the weekend.
We decided to open another bottle today.
This sake is a limited distribution product of the "Shinshin" series, which was launched by Kabishin Shuzo on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of its founding in the 2013 brewing year to show its spirit.
This was the first time for me to try this sake from the brewery, but the liquor store owner told me that there are users who drink only Kamiishin.
Well, first of all, it has a nice sweet aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami have a great impact.
I thought it was sweet the moment I drank it.
After that, a strong spiciness at the throat, followed by a soft bitterness and spiciness spread to the mouth, so there is no sweetness at all, and it is easy to drink.
Although the sweetness had a great impact at first, the lingering bitterness and pungency left a lasting impression.
A good sake drunk on the weekend is truly blissful.
