I opened the bottle yesterday and kept it in the fridge.
When I tried to drink it today, the cork hadn't popped.
It's low-milled but quite fruity!
Citrusy and refreshing!

It's even better than the pink one I had in the spring.
There's a lot of unrefined sake in it, so it's more like nigorizake.
