The depth of transparency
The aroma is reminiscent of a fresh sweet and sour taste. From the transparent attack, the overall impression is of watery minerality, with sweetness and spiciness at the back, which comes to the fore in the second half.
It is interesting and delicious in that it has the simplicity that is typical of Kido, yet it picks up steam in the latter half.
