On my way home from Asano Sake Shop, I wandered over to Arukan for another drink.
It is located on a small street between Miyuki-cho and Teramachi Dori.
It is a homey store run by two mothers.
They had a few Shinsei sake bottles on tap, so I decided to take advantage of the chance to meet them! I'll have the ecru ^ ^ ^.
I didn't notice much of an aroma.
It has a light mouthfeel with a slight gassy feeling.
The balance between the bright, lemon-like acidity and the soft, full-bodied sweetness is elegant,
It is still a beautiful and neat sake.
And the obanzai (side dishes) that the mother makes are delicious. The taste is homey, relaxing, and gentle.
The acidity of the pumpkin cream cheese salad was a great pairing.
Well, I think it's time to go back to my house ^ ^.

It would be great to drink Shinsei at an izakaya 😌 Is there one in Osaka?

Good evening, Ao. I was sneaking into Kyoto 😊I met Tamaki by chance, but the gap between the dusty homey restaurant and Shinsei was interesting, and I would like to go back to this restaurant in wonder. I want to have an off-line meeting in Kyoto!
