I have had Ouroboros, a noble sake, from Tenryohai Shuzo before, but this is my first time to try Garakudai, which has been talked about a lot lately!

The taste is unexpectedly quite dry. ❗️
It has a fresh acidity with a gaseous taste.
It has a dry mouthfeel with little sweetness and umami.
It's a "gassy, light, dry, modern and sharp".
The aim of this wine is clear.
I'd like to try the other flavors as well!
