This day has finally come.
The nigori of Hirotogawa. It's a super royal road.
I'm a heavy user of Hirotogawa at room temperature and hot, but this is actually my first time drinking it cloudy. I have high expectations.
Let's start with the supernatant.
It's a little yellowish, and there are bubbles on the top of the glass.
Well, this is more than I expected. It's too good at this stage. It has a fizzing sensation, and is what we call sweet and juicy. It's full-bodied, with just a hint of bitterness, and it cuts right through. It's perfect.
I mixed it.
The basics don't change that much, but it's a little creamier.
It's delicious.
I honestly had a lot of trouble deciding between the 4-pack and the 1-pack, but I don't regret choosing the 1-pack.
I hear it's also good warmed up so I'm going to enjoy it 🙌.

After 5 days, it started to taste a bit bitter, so I heated it up for the last time. It's lukewarm, but the sweetness stands out and is delicious😋.
