しんしんSY
I was drinking this one earlier this year.
Second time, but this one was a new sake this year!
Apple Yeast Sake

We paired this one with the Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with hot red pepper paste.
The person next to me, who became a friend of sake at this restaurant, asked me which sake I would recommend tonight.
I told him that I would drink it next time, too, and drank the Hato Masamune in one gulp.
