The aroma is sour and a bit yogurt-like.
When the supernatant is first included, it is sour! and a delicious, bitter taste. No chili.
When mixed, the sourness mellows a bit. Not so much sweetness. After the rice flavor, there is a slight bitterness at the end. But the overall taste is quite sour...like lemon yogurt.
I don't get the impression from other reviews that there is that much sourness...hmmm, I don't dislike this one, but I think I may have stored it wrong...or maybe I left it too long?
The taste doesn't change much over the next day.
The rice and acidity make it disappear with a swoon at the end.
I enjoyed it as an acidity-driven sake, but next time I will drink it as soon as I buy it.

It's been a while since I've had Tako, I want to drink it too ‼️
