Attracted by the oringo please,
I bought a bottle of Zanso Horai, a locally brewed sake.
When I opened the bottle, the lid blew off.
It has a nigori gas and slight bubbles, and a lot of acidity spreads on the palate.
The acidity is very apple-like.
It is difficult to match it with dishes as a food sake.
I think it is a sake to be drunk by itself.
At first, the acidity bothered me,
But as I drank it, I got used to it,
It was easy to drink because of the gaseous taste, and as a result, it was very tasty.
