I heard that Nemuchi-san went around once, but I was curious to see the autumnal height...
We tasted the following
Akikagari Junmai Genmai
Yakijiki Nama Ippon
Miyamizuhana Special Junmai
Junmai Ginjo Kayajunokai Namaisho
Junmai Daiginjo 40
Junmai Daiginjo with No.1 yeast was drunk at home, so I did not taste it.
I was not particularly impressed with Akiagari and Miyamizu no Hana...
Nemuchi-san's recommended yaki-rare was unexpectedly delicious.
The Kinreki was unquestionably delicious.
I think I will buy Yakiniku at Yamaya next time.
