At the end of last year, we welcomed Niida Heroes, a series of small bottles of heated sake at an event to enjoy sake 🤗.
From their website, "Natural sake is matured for one year in the brewery and is designed to be heated. When heated, the flavor of the mother sake comes through and the umami and aroma that was hidden at room temperature opens up. Take a sip and listen intently to the lingering flavors. Hot sake warms the body and mind, and soothes the fatigue of the day. We brewed this sake in the hope that you will enjoy its body-friendly, soft, warmed taste not only in winter but also in other seasons. The name of the brewery is "KANKAN" in Japanese.
