Purchased with Sairai and Higashi Kaisen
This is the first time for me to taste a draft sake of Yuzumi.
It has a fresh taste, but it tastes a little light for a nama sake. It is a nama-shu, but it would be better to warm it up.
The acidity is impressive anyway, but I personally think it's not as good as I'd like it cold 🤔.
But on the second day, it started to have a caramel-like sweetness that I thought was pretty good.
