Series of never-drank before. Choseisha is a sake brewery located in Komakane City, Nagano Prefecture, using only water from the Central Alps and Miyamanishiki from the Inadani valley as ingredients. Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%.
The Shinanotsuru brand has been in existence for more than 100 years, with the desire to produce delicious junmai sake at a price that is affordable for local people.
This Junmai Ginjo-shu, the first bottling, is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake with a hint of oriki. The mellow, gorgeous aroma and pineapple-like flavor are very appealing, but the bitterness in the aftertaste keeps the taste tight and refreshing.
