Ryohei
We have finally opened the bottle, Kako!
As is usually the case with sansho, it has a minerality and piquancy, but unlike the gorgeous Yamadanishiki or the wild Hozumasu, it seems to have a rice-like rice sweetness and a sweet aroma that spreads in the mouth. I think it is quite a rare taste for sake.
I like the taste very much and think it is quite rare, but I would like to buy it if I can find it.
Thanks for the treat.

Good morning, Ryohei 😃.
Thank you for your reference to the Sancho Kako 🍾 tasting comment: ☺️
I envy your ideal and enviable environment to have the Yamadanishiki Gononohyaku on the shelves 🤤.
