Last month, on my way back to Fukui Prefecture before the Shinkansen 🚄 extension, I stopped by a sake brewery and bought one recommended by the lady at the shop😋.
I don't think I can detect much aroma 🤔The taste is refreshing ✨The mild rice flavor and crisp sweetness comes in smoothly 😘The aftertaste is also non-habitual and disappears quickly 😚👍.
Today it went well with grilled shiitake mushrooms and chilled tofu like Noto Temari 🥰This is a delicious sake that is easy to pair with food ✨🥳.
