This year's Akabu fall sake seems to be Kohaku. It is a low-alcoholic sake. The label is a common design for seasonal sake, but the golden color is quite promising.
When I drank it, I found it to be a more refreshing strain than I expected. It has a melon-like fruity taste, but the sourness makes it refreshing to drink. It is sweet and has no bitterness, but it is refreshing to drink, which I think is typical of Akabu.
It is a modern sake that is quite well known, but there is nothing wrong with Akabu. It may be tasty with fatty food as well, as it will wash it down with a refreshing taste.

Good evening, Mr. Moyoyo 😃.
This is Kohaku-san! It's not too sweet, it's refreshing and delicious 🥹, and it was one of our top tastes among the ❗️ autumn sake 🥹.
Because it's akabu🤗

Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby!
Akabu gets better with age! They also have many seasonal sake, so I think it's a brewery that can be enjoyed throughout the year. The Amber was a particularly good fall sake for me as well!
