Aroma of ripe melon. On the palate, chili melon sweet flavor.I'm impressed that 2018's raw sake is chili. It has a solid umami and chocolate taste. It has a lot of umami. I think. In the finish, there is a flowery scent and it finishes off nicely. This is quite delicious.
