Izumibashi after a long time. A new Omachi sake. Refreshing ginjo aroma. Pear-like? The attack is quite juicy and fruity. But the sweetness is moderate. It is a very refreshing sake. There is no roughness like a new sake, and it is a coherent sake. This makes me want to apply for the February kurabiraki (sake brewery opening).
