Denshu純米吟醸 古城乃錦
くるま麩
I received my first bottle of Tasake.
There is no store near me where I can buy it, so I put it aside for a while to enjoy, and finally opened it!
Junmai Ginjo made with Aomori Prefecture's first rice suitable for sake brewing, Kojo-Nishiki!
The aroma is mellow, rich, and elegant, with a hint of dried grapes.
From the light mouthfeel and silky texture,
It has a light mouthfeel and silky texture, with a full-bodied, bitter flavor that is extremely delicious.
It is a beautiful sake. ✨️
I felt that the depth of flavor increased the next day, rather than when it was just opened, and I enjoyed the gradation of flavors that spread from the cool mouthfeel☺.
