A sweet-looking one.
Freshly opened.
Slightly fruity aroma. Banana-like.
Slight traces of tingling and fizz.
It seems to be a raw sake.
The mouth is filled with a syrupy sweetness that is tinged with sourness.
The latter half of the bottle is quickly tightened by the pungency of the butterbur-like chemical and alcohol.
Goes well with the sweetness of simmered bamboo shoots.
