Refreshingly sweet and gassy, like a rummy.
The aftertaste is refreshing and wonderfully clean without any sourness, alcoholiness, bitterness, etc. that might cut through the sweetness.
It was also strange that the taste did not change even at room temperature, but at any rate, it was a very tasty sake.
I am also glad that the price is relatively reasonable!
