For some reason, you can't buy this sake in Morioka, but you can buy it in Saga. What a mystery 😔.
But aside from that, let's start with the standing aroma. The aroma is sweet, gentle and subtle. In the mouth, sweetness of rice and a mellower and softer mouthfeel than I expected. There is a lingering bitterness at the end. Overall, it is a ginjo-shu, but the sweetness is reserved and the aftertaste is refreshing. I'll buy it immediately when I find it 😁.
With leek and pork with egg. The leek's unique aroma, sweetness, crunchy texture, pork flavor, and fluffy egg texture bring out the sweet and savory flavor of this sake and reduce the bitterness. It's a good match. ❤️
