bouken
This is my first purchase of Yama-no-i, which I have been curious about for a while.
I thought it was only available at antenna stores in Fukushima Prefecture, but I found it at Sukumasa.
It has the Hasegawa Sake Shop logo on it, so I wonder if it is originally limited to Hasegawa Sake Shops.
It is made from Asahi rice.
It is refreshing, slightly sweet, and has a muscat or melon-like atmosphere. Depending on the order in which you drink it, it may be spicier than expected.
Fluffy sake.
It was a little sweet and dry. It's a nama-zake, but it doesn't feel like a nama-zake.
