This local sake was delicious at the recent "Omachi and Local Sake Festival". I paired it with Tai🐟, also from Okayama Prefecture😁.
The nose is grain-like with a hint of ears of rice. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied, full-bodied flavor and sweetness that is typical of Omachi, with a hint of bitterness at the end.
Since I was hungry this time, I paired it with arajiru first to avoid getting bad drunk. The dashi flavor brought out the smoothness and soft umami of this sake and increased its deliciousness😊.
Next, I paired it with the main course, sashimi. The sashimi was delicious 😋 and the combination of the two gave the sake a deep and pungent flavor that was inherently delicious.
