Junmai Ginjo unfiltered undiluted sake from Izumibashi. I don't think I've had many sakes made with Yamada Nishiki...it's a Yamada Nishiki from Kanagawa Prefecture, isn't it? There is a faint ramune type ginjo aroma. Ooh, I like the unique flavors like tanned leather. Both of the Izumibashi I bought today were a big hit.
But if they ship two kinds of Izumibashi and Matsumidori at once, I'm no match for them.
I'd buy both...
