New autumn sake from Kuroryu! It's a reasonably priced Kutouryuu brand!
I've been chipping away at it for a week and the taste is consistent!
Clear and full-bodied! This one has a weak ๐ aroma, with some ๐ after some time!
The sweetness is moderate and the flavor is strong, which stands out since I've been drinking a lot of sweet wines lately! Fruity and easy to drink for this type of wine!
It also looks great with hot sake! The sweetness is further reduced and the acidity and umami come to the fore! It is delicious both cold and hot!

Kutouryuu Yoigetsu is a delicious sake with a strong umami flavor that goes great with a meal.
I didn't get to try the heated sake since I was out drinking, but it looks delicious ๐คค.
