Purchased at Hakata Hankyu.
Having lived in Osaka and Fukuoka, I feel that Hankyu is the best department store for sake (I don't know about Tokyo, but...). I often stop by Isetan Kyoto and Takashimaya Osaka as they also have a very good selection.
When I heard the name "Yamata-no-orochi", I imagined it to be very rich, but it has a refreshing, dry taste. It has a refreshing dry taste.
However, the umami flavor remains, and the aftertaste and lingering aftertaste are long. It is different from other dry sake.
I would definitely like to drink it in summer.
