The other day, I had a bottle of Otome, another brand of sake called Ako Ronin, brewed by Okufuji in Sakagoshi, a short walk over the mountains from Oishi Shrine at Ako Castle 😀 It is an alky sake, but it didn't feel too alky 😀.
It is an alcohol-sweetened sake, but it didn't feel like an alcohol-sweetened sake 😀.
After my second tour of Japan, my next goal was to go on a walking tour of the breweries, but this one doesn't count because it was before I made it public 🤣.
But this Sakagoe is famous for oysters, so I would like to come back again during the winter oyster season 😀.

Good evening, Yasbaye 😃.
Quite a quintessential Yasbaye 👍 great attitude to rule by rules made by yourself 🥹I would count it out 😆 but now you have something fun to match your winter oysters 🦪🤗.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
It's not that big of a reason 🤣.
Ako is the farthest away from Okayama prefecture in Kansai, so oysters alone are not a good enough reason, so I just added a visit to a sake brewery to the list of reasons 🤣.
