I thought the Mimuro cedar spring sake looked delicious, so I got it.
As the name "Hana-kyun" suggests, it has a gorgeous aroma.
When I poured it into a glass, it had a nice nigori effervescence.
When I drank it, I thought the sweetness would stand out,
But when I drank it, I thought the sweetness was more pronounced, but the taste was rich with a nice sourness.
Is this carbonated? The fizz is so strong that you would think it was carbonated.
The fizziness makes it easy to drink.
This is a bad wine. It is delicious.
I can't miss Mimuro Sugi, after all.
It is one of my favorite brands.
