Wakamusume Junmai Ginjyo
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu
100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15.5
Sake meter - Acidity
Fat bottle opened 8/17 and stored 9/20
The name "secret color" means "secret color" of the name of "Kasane-iro-me" used in juni-hitoe (twelve-layered kimono).
After opening the bottle, it has a pleasant melon-like sweet and refreshing aroma unlike Moeki.
When you put it in your mouth, it is fresh and fruity with a good sweetness, and its sweetness feels regal😍 Not only the sweetness, but you can feel the full acidity as a supporting role 🤔.
This is delicious!
My preference is moeki, but this moderate sweetness and acidity makes me want to drink it again👍.
Yum!!!
Wakamusume is also available in the following varieties
Ruri Karakusa
Usuhana-zakura
Peony
Kakitsubata
Moonflowers
I am looking forward to seeing them!

Hi Koizo 🐦.
I first saw this one too, but it was a bit expensive so I went for the moe tree 🤭 and now I'm regretting it 😭 I guess buying both is the right thing to do 😉.
I didn't know there were so many others 😳 more to look forward to 😆.

Good morning!
As you said, it's a bit expensive so I hesitate to pick it up 😅I thought if it's the same brand and it's popular in sakewa, I have to compare it with other brands! I took the plunge and bought it 👍It was the right decision 😁.
