The annual twilight orange. It is like a notice that summer has arrived.
The aroma is mild. Slightly lactic and a bit citrusy. Slightly gassy.
Crisp sweetness and a little strong acidity.
The acidity is not too strong and short, so the end is quite refreshing.
It was very easy to drink, though not very assertive. I wonder if this year's Koei Chrysanthemum is more of the crisp type.
