The name "Yobiyu" means "to call friends" in Japanese,
This brand was created to make the most of what was learned at the "Kubota Juku," where volunteers from Kubota dealers learned about Japanese sake. Originally, only Junmai Daiginjo was sold, but this year, a new Junmai Ginjo was released.
This year, the company released a new Junmai Ginjo.
The label is made of Oguni washi paper made by craftsmen. It is an intangible cultural asset of Nagaoka City. The design is said to depict a friend running to a person enjoying sake with a smile on his face. It looks cute when you think about it.
Full, sweet aroma, apples, and alcohol,
Slightly thick and smooth mouthfeel,
Sweet, slightly astringent, and gently full-bodied,
It has a slightly spicy, light and dry taste.
