Today is a new moon, following the fertility moon we drank last month.
I've been drinking a lot of Saga sake lately.
I've had a glimpse of new sake, but it was all nigori, so this is the first time this season that I've had a shiny, new-like sake.
I'll have a glass of wine.
A wonderfully fresh and fruity aroma.
Tropicana.
Youthfulness that bounces around on the tongue.
Sweet, gorgeous and juicy.
Lively indeed.
It's like a condensed version of the best part of a new brew.
Very tasty.
By the way, this is a new brew, right?

I failed to buy it, so I'm sure of it. 😭
