Tonight, I opened a bottle of Choshu sake here, which I haven't had in a while: 💁♂️

There are many sake breweries in this prefecture, which is one or two sake kingdoms in the western Japan area, but Iwasaki Shuzo's brewery is my personal favorite. ☺️
From the standing aroma, it has a clear, yet gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of cucumber. The taste has a slight chili chili gas feeling, but the structured acidity, rice flavor, and slight sweetness are extremely pleasant and immediately put me in heavy drinking mode 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Although the alcohol content is 16%, it is very easy to drink, yet the aftertaste is very sharp and enjoyable.
It seems like it should be more popular (or is it already popular?). It is easy to drink and has a nice sharp finish 💮! This is just a selfish nomurae's soliloquy 🤣.
