Sake tasting party ① Today I went to a sake tasting party in Izumiotsu 😀. It was a fun gathering of young and energetic toji (master brewers) 😀. We were able to meet up with Aladdin-san at the venue and also met Mr. Kawada-san from Chuin 😀. Ten breweries had prepared 70 bottles of sake, but Aladdin advised us to start with the limited edition sake that was likely to run out soon... so we started with Urasato's Kirizukuba award-winning commemorative sake 😀. A commemorative photo with Mr. Chikara, the toji of Urasato 😀 He was a cool guy with a small face. He was a cool guy with a small face, but all the sake was delicious 😀. Just the other day, I was impressed by the light nigori 2, and now I'm an even bigger fan of the Blue Rose light nigori and others 😇.

Yasube & Kaorin, thank you very much for your time today😄. I look forward to seeing how you and your wife have achieved your ambition of conquering 70 sake, and I look forward to seeing the results: ☺️ I may be a little slow in raising my sake crocodile😊.

Aladdin, good evening 😀. Kino thanks for the advice 🙏. We both had a combined limit of 40 sake and we both left drunk 😅. These two restaurants are the limit for my comments, I'll leave the rest to you 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube 😃. I'm so jealous that you met the genius Mr. Chikara 😆. I'm interested in the Blue Rose light nigori 🤔.

Good morning, bouken 😀 I had a great time at the sake tasting party this time because there was plenty of room to talk and take pictures with the master brewer 😇. I enjoyed talking with Mr. Chikara and Blue Rose so much that I'm becoming a fan of Urasato more and more 😇.
