Last day of Bon vacation😭
Sumi no Sake Shop will be closed for a month for renovation starting tomorrow 🚃 so I decided to go there after a long time.
We met up with Mr. Yoohee at Kobe station and took a bus to Sumino Sake-ten 🚌.
We had been visiting liquor stores together the day before yesterday too 🤣.
The fridge was empty before the remodeling, so it was mainly sake from the hanpukai (a Japanese sake distributor's association) and point exchange 💦.
Yoohee-san kindly allowed us to use our points to buy some valuable sake 🙏.
Thank you very much 🙇🙇.
Then we moved to Takatori and went to Mystery Cheese Shop.
I am a first time visitor to Katori 😁, another brand of five girls with a strong image of Saketoran.
The brewing year is 2022, so it looks like it's been sitting for about 2 years.
Alcohol 21 degrees 😳
It's gutsy, like an alcohol-sweetened sake.
Complex taste but also sweet. Very drinkable type. If you don't have strong flavored food, you'll lose to the alcohol💦.
The 3rd and 4th pictures are quiche and white mold salami.
The white mold salami (is that the right name?) is addictive and extremely tasty 😋.
