First pilgrimage to the Holy Land in a long time. It was my birthday last week and I was entitled to go anywhere I wanted. We went strawberry picking, bought some fish at Kakunoue in Hino, and ended up doing family service. Finally, I asked him if I could go to a holy place, and he said yes. With a little leap of faith, I headed there. I was dizzy. What a treasure trove of sake here. It's the Shosoin of sake. To be honest, I didn't know much about the place of origin, but there was a note for one bottle per person, so I'm sure it must be delicious. Opened the bottle. Poppong and vigor. It brings back memories of when I opened a bottle of Hana-no-Kou (flowery fragrance) before, but this one is safe. The aroma is mild. Impressive acidity and sweetness. It is quite rough. There is a little bit of gas to hold the flavor together. There is almost no alcohol. On the second day, the taste is more coherent. The acidity is no longer sharp and the balance is good. I didn't notice it, but the last part of the wine is a bit of a corkscrew. A little milky and roundness is added. I think I like this one the best. It's interesting that it's like a three-step evolution. It is really delicious. The kids had a blast at the candy corner of the sanctuary, so it was a win-win.

On Sunday, I too went to Koyama Shoten, and was surprised to see that in no time at all, since its debut, the industrial estate has become one bottle of sake per household! The candy corner and the obojamakan are a true win-win for the parents' generation with a high level of satisfaction ☺️.

Pitama. Thanks for your comment! It's a little far from where I live, so I can't get there very often, but Koyama Shoten is really great. I like the fact that the store is a little bit complicated, which gives it a treasure hunt feel.
