Today we celebrated Kaorin's father's birthday at our house, but since he only drinks beer, we weren't planning to drink sake.
But after Kaorin's parents came home, we decided we wanted to have a little sake, so we opened a bottle of this sake that we had stocked up on during our Yamaguchi brewery tour 😀 This sake is a limited edition sake from a brewery, but we heard that it is not so much a specimen itself.
This sake is a limited edition sake, and while the specs themselves are unheard of, the taste is also extraordinary 😇.
The color was a beautiful clear yellow with no signs of aging 😀.
The first sip is beautiful and fruity, but then a complex aged taste follows at once 😀.
But that taste is not at all unpleasant and leads to a delicious taste 😀.
This was a really nice new taste discovery!
