In addition to the regular products, the brewery was also selling a quantity of the products by weight, which were available for tasting, so I tried some of them.
I tasted the following
Junmai directly harvested raw sake
Daiginjo directly harvested raw sake
Both of them are more gorgeous than the regular Fukuju, but I felt they were lacking something.
I probably met up with Mr. Pyonpyon around this time.
