After having soba noodles from the station in the morning, we were ready to start our drinking spree!
So, we started drinking from Iwaki Kotobuki, which I was attracted by the label at the station!
It had a subtle aroma with a strong, refreshing sweetness, which is not something I am accustomed to, and I liked it.
This sake is made from Koshihikari rice. The sweetness of the rice is in good balance with the sake, and it is delicious.
A good sake to start with!

I was actually going to drink it with kalpas... but the sweetness of the sake was so refreshing that I just drank the sake and ate the kalpas later💦.
