The other day I drank a new regime of Tenmei's Hakuten Sei and made a fuss that this is not the taste of Tenmei's Hakuten that I like 🤣.
Not that it tasted bad by any means, but I felt the taste was going in a different direction😅.
Today I'm trying again with lightly nigori-styled Momoten 😀.
Momoten light nigori is delicious😇
The taste was so impactful and delicious that I can't remember the taste of the old Momoten 😀.
Momoten is a good choice 😀.
The flavor may be even better than the Sake Mirai from Hanayuup, Junmai Daiginjo from Romain, and Muryozan from Kido that we compared today 😇.
I'm looking forward to compare them now that we have both the former and the new Kurotempatsu fire-returned brews lined up at our house 😀.
